✓ Free for everyone! No cost/no fees whatsoever to give blood
✓ All are invited: Ages 16 & up (16 requires a signed Parent Consent Form)
✓ First-timers are welcome

Minimum weight for minors: 110-135 pounds depending on your local blood drive requirements
Must feel well and healthy the day of donation
Be well nourished and hydrated ahead of your donation
Allow at least an hour from registration to post-donation refreshments (the blood donation process itself only takes 15 minutes)
Bring an I.D. with your first/last name plus date of birth and/or your photo
Parental Consent forms

The actual blood donation takes about 10-15 minutes. However, the entire process including registration, mini-physical, and post-donation rest takes approximately one hour. Plan accordingly if you're catching a showtime.
